Receptionist good but the cleanliness of the building is disgusting main floor is filthy dust everywhere toilets needs good clean all over and the smell makes you feel sick.Considering this is a doctors surgery it makes you wonder why this is allowed it cannot be hygienic and the people who cleans it should be ashamed. | ||||||

There have been multiple times I've been on hold for well over 30 minutes even though I was only number 2 in the queue! Wait times for appointments are ridiculous. You are told to make an appointment with your regular doctor and not a different one, yet I've had times where I have to wait over a month for one. Other than that, most of the doctors are friendly and will try their hardest to help your problems. | ||||||

A home visit from the practice nurse on the 21st of November
I was very impressed with the way she interacted in a very kind and caring way
she solved some problems for us and came back to me with the required information.

This is the first year our practice nurses have gone out to do home visits for flu jabs and we are delighted it has been a success.
