Had a phone appointment with Dr to ask a question and the Dr response I found very rude and arrogant. I will avoid the Dr I spoke to as much as possible. | ||||||

I have a couple of ongoing health problems but have every confidence in the care I receive from the Clays Practice and the staff are always helpful and kind. It is also very convenient to have the pharmacy at the surgery. | ||||||

I am an irregular user of the surgery, but on the occasions I have needed to visit I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I have not had issues with getting an appointment, but I understand that doctors appointments in general are becoming more difficult as surgeries are full so this may become a problem in the future. I was impressed at how the surgery coped during the flood in summer 2018, as far as I am aware it was business as usual. | ||||||
