50 mins on the phone being told I was number 1 in the queue the whole time. I have been told to Google a condition and to do whatever Google suggests. I've been told to YouTube how to use an asthma pump for my 10 year old as they weren't running an asthma clinic. I was told I couldn't have a certain test as it was too expensive then my 82yr old father in law got the same test through a different surgery. This surgery is utterly pointless. | ||||||

Waited two hours as GP was again over running. Once seen I was accused of lying about my complaints and the Doctor was rude and unprofessional.
I was then left in the room for a substantial amount of time whilst they consulted with a doctor about the right course of treatment which was not at all reassuring. | ||||||
