As a member of the wider nhs team I was disappointed and upset by the rudeness & inappropriately referring of a patient by your locum doctor. His abrupt attitude and ignorance was unnecessary. When discussing symptoms with the patient t his referral was unnecessary and auctioned to the wrong department. I only hope the locum doctor acted upon our instructions and referred the patient to the correct department. The patient also commented of the doctors attitude and his unwillingness to listen. I have recently changed surgeries to Marazion practice. I have been very pleased with the service I have received. I have been able to phone early in the morning and be offered an appointment very promptly for that morning. Something I was unable to do in my previous practice - who preferred to direct you to telephone consultations. The 2 doctors I have seen at your practice have been excellent - attentive, caring and thorough - I couldn't have expected more. I am highly recommending you, as I was highly recommended to your surgery by 2 friends of mine. Well done. I feel much more confident in the service I am now receiving from the NHS. |

Following a recent operation and emergency care, my husband was sent home with some equipment to help him for a couple of weeks. We needed to get further supplies and arrange disposal during that time. We were given confusing information from different authorities and ended up talking to Sharlene on Reception at the surgery. Having understood our needs, over the next couple of hours she obtained all the information we needed and ordered the necessary equipment for pick up the next day. The timely help and care she showed in doing this for us was very much appreciated and we are pleased to pass this on for others to see. |
