Frithwood surgery is the worst surgery that I have ever had the misfortune of having to use. The surgery will only accept on-the-day appointments, which is very difficult to plan when you work full time, and if you do manage to book an appointment in advance, expect to wait more than 3 weeks. When you do get an appointment, you will be lower priority than the doctors “returning phone calls”, which seemingly take precedence over people actually waiting in reception for their appointment. Also, giving an appointment time to the minute ‘your appointment is at 2:52’ is ludicrous, and adds salt to the wound when you will actually have to wait at least 25mins past your allotted time. | ||||||

I recently had to make an urgent appointment with a Dr at the Frithwood Surgery and would like to record my gratitude for the efficient and highly professional medical care provided. The Dr rapidly understood a complex medical situation, made a clear diagnosis of the immediate problem and fully involved my husband and myself in the options available for further investigation and treatment. It was a very reassuring experience.Thank you. | ||||||
