Dog shit surgery. I sent in a sample to be tested and it was rejected because my details were not on the bottle. I told them to stick a pre labeled one on there when handing it in but obviously they didn't. | ||||||

Cant make appointents over the phone. They answer your call and tell you if you want an appointment ring the next day at 8.30am to make an appointment. Why ring the next day at 8.30. People have to work. Really poor customer service when you ask them why cant you book an appointment now all they say is we cant ring the next day at 8.30. Worst surgery ever. | ||||||

After having an allergic reaction to omeprazole I spoke to Dr Shah who assessed my skin and advised to stop taking the medication and use moisturizers while my skin clears up. Around 2 months later I saw another doctor who said my skin looked fine despite being red and refused to have my skin tested. you call yourself professionals? | ||||||
