I am a retired GP and phoned the surgery twice as I wished to speak to one of the doctors about a social matter. On both occasions the phone was answered in 2 rings and the receptionist was both pleasant and helpful. No automated reply. Trust me this is exceptional, |

What an amazing NHS we have, at 9am this morning I had a Doctors appointment, he required me to have an X-ray and blood test.i had the blood test done at the surgery, I travelled to the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch, 6 miles away, for the X-ray.. I arrived back home at 10.40am all completed. One hour and forty minutes from my doctors appointment, how amazing is that. |
