Well winyates doctors may be good if you could see any off them the new woman on the desk are joker ,! I phone them up to do my tablets had to wait 10 mins on the phone as I was number one told I have to see if u make any appointments so phone them back up waited again .I would not mind but its the weekend I need this one table so now their told me phone my Doctor.as email goes though ,all I can say if I was dieing probably have to wait and.then past away SO NOW EVERY TIME I HAVE PHONE THEMNI GOING WRITE ON HERE | ||||||

I phone up at 9 clock yes had wait 10 mins for sum one to pick up the phone as I was number one ,joker all I needed was 3.tablets until next week would not let me talk to any doctors or no appointments their say .this service is crapp now I.bet u have still wait if you are dieing, its getting worst an worst been back the other receptions at less I give you an appointment no service, I am disabled can not walk up their | ||||||

Has gone down a lot since changing the way you can book an appointment. Bad enough it went to same day. Then they change the system to another website/app to do it and that has been down for a week or so. Patients that haven't got time to sit on the phone waiting to speak to someone find online booking really useful but now you can't even do that at the moment. Sort yourselves out winyates! | ||||||
