Trying to get a repeat prescription or any appointment takes far to long, for a long time we have blamed covid, to a degree this may still be true. But the systems they have in place at present, are poor to say the very least. I feel for many that may fall because of their failures. I have been with the Dow Surgery for many years, but for me it is no longer of a reasonable standard. I look forward to moving on. |

Thank you to Erin, the Practice musculoskeletal practitioner for her excellent telephone consultation today. I have been growing increasingly concerned about my health following an accident, as the symptoms have been getting worse and more painful. The switch arranged the telephone consultation and Erin called me back. I was immediately impressed by Erin. An excellent telephone manner, professional and caring Erin listened, analysed the situation and organised an appropriate course of action. Erin took time to explain the likely cause of my symptoms in a technical yet easy to understand way. Much appreciated. What a credit to her profession and the surgery. Many thanks. Clive |
