Poor customer service. 15 minutes at least to wait to make a call. It is hard to get an appointment by phone, email or online. My GP is good but it is impossible to see her. Most times have to use NHS 111 and travel long distance to see someone. Very frustrating. Covid has been an excuses for too long. |

This surgery has gone from bad to worse. I now have cancer which was swept under the carpet in april I'm disgusted. |

Virtually impossible to see a doctor and telephone appointments have a three week wait. Making a telephone appointment is an all day job, line is continiously engaged. Staff will all they can to 'protect' any doctor from making any form of connection with a patient. |
