This is the friendliest doctors surgery that I have been to in many a year. The staff listen are attentive and are so helpful. The medical staff treat you with dignity & respect. They are efficient and quick to sort out any tests & treatment that is necessary. They are a brilliant team and cannot recommend them highly enough. | ||||||

The staff at Ruardean are always professional, helpful and efficient. You are treated with respect and dignity at all times. The appointments system works well and having the pharmacy on site makes it a very convenient too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this surgery to others. | ||||||

I've found the Doctor to be the best GP I've ever had. Surgery staff are always polite and helpful and I can normally get an appointment same day or if not then a telephone appointment is always offered. | ||||||
