If you are unable to phone at 8.30am you cannot get an appointment unless you visit the surgery. Although the care I have received at the surgery has been satisfactory the appointment system is impossible, the usual wait being about three weeks, even for a telephone consultation. I thought registering for online services would help, but whenever I have been at the surgery the necessary person has been absent. Overall not impressed with the service. | ||||||

Always been able to get appointments previously but been trying to get through for 3.5 hours today nobody answers calls . Gone rapidly downhill since joining with st stephens | ||||||
