Dr David Lovejoy and his Medical Team provide an excellent 5* service which one cannot fault but for some there is a very unpleasant irritating waiting area caused by unnecessary loud pop music .Confidentiality is the reason given by an Administrator but who is able to hear what goes on inside Nurses rooms? He is inconsistent when he’s prepared to annoy some by choosing R2 as opposed to Classic FM which would annoy some because of the adverts.He hasn’t thought of say talk programs such as the hospitals Shrewsbury Telford and Gobowen use when necessary. Again other than the waiting area Dr Lovejoy and hisMedical Team run an outstanding Practice |

Currently off work due to a bad back, had appointment 16.25 for which I was 6 mins late .first time ever, I went to sign in for some reason it wouldn't let me put my the year I was born in , try several times I then went to the main reception desk pressed the bell and waited around 2 mins for someone to come . I explained what happened and the young lady said take a seat I will speak to the nurse to see if she could fit me in, around 10 minuets later , the receptists came back and informed me the NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT WAS IN 2 WEEKS TIME. My last visit I said it was outstanding customer service 5/5 .Unfortunately its dropped to a 2 |

Absolutely wonderful practice that have been faultless in every way possible. Everybody from the GP's, nurses and all staff have been outstanding. Thank you to all at Plas Ffynnon medical practice. 10/10 |
