This review is long overdue! I've been meaning to post for a long time now and have finally got around to it following a recent diagnosis which resulted in a hospital stay. I have been most impressed by the person on reception who is calm, pleasant, very competent individual who puts themself out, follows up requests and keeps you informed. In terms of two of the doctors ( never had an appointment with the third), I cannot praise them enough; both doctors are extremely professional, have been accurate with diagnosis, spent their valuable time explaining medical issues, test results in detail etc and above everything, it comes across that they care very much about their patients. The practice as a whole should be proud of the Service they provide to our community. | ||||||

We count ourselves very lucky to belong to Ditton Priors Surgery, they are excellent in every way, I would also like to praise the receptionist for their efficiency, kindness and helpfulness, No one could get hold of the medical records from my previous hospital, not the the consultant or anyone, the receptionist took it over and sorted it all out for which I was very grateful, Thank you all Pauline Boxold | ||||||
