Trying to get an appointment, other than "an emergency" within a reasonable time frame is nigh on impossible. Having lived in the village for over 30 years and having always praised the service received, it is now very dissapointing to have to complain. One does NOT ask for an appointment for no reason, usually it is because of a need for some form of treatment. To be told that, on a Tuesday, there is no appointment available this week is not good enough. I realise the NHS is under strain, but where does that leave the patient. In considerable discomfort and in need of treatment before " next week"? |
