Doctor told me I had been through a lot and could see him when I needed to. Receptionist said he had no right to say this and there were no appointments. Nurse accused me of calling an ambulance as though this is a crime. Didn't call ambulance as my daughter drove me to A & E and was admitted into hospital. See doctors at New Cross hospital but havn't managed to see GP for over a year. The last problem I had I went online for advice - it was much more helpful than Bridgnorth GPs.
If you are ill avoid Bridgnorth GPs.
My visit in July I saw a nurse and only managed to see her after lovely people at 111 phoned GPs for me. | ||||||

my 88 year old mother was sent a letter from Bridgnorth practice to book an appointment to see a dr after 4 phone calls & being left in a phone queue of over 15 minutes + each time she was told there were no appointments left & was told to ring on following Monday which was a bank holiday ?????So today 29th August she went in personally with the letter to be told again no appointments & to come down on Monday before 2 & she may if she was lucky get an appointment . This’s 88 year old lady has now got to find one of the family to pick her up & take her down to the surgery on Monday to maybe get an appointment What is the point of sending out a letter to ask her to book an appointment if she can’t ever get one ??? What a waste of time sending the letter in the 1st place . Just hope it wasn’t anything serious they wanted to see her about !! I have recently moved to Bridgnorth and have registered with this practice. Despite some initial difficulty with ordering my prescription the service I've had since has been wonderful. The team have followed up my request and liaised with the medical company that supply my prescription at every step. Thank you so much, your help has been really appreciated. | ||||||
