Starts off fine, the phone rings nice professional message. Then they answer. Your child could be on deaths door and they would still say. "Sorry got nothing for this morning, you'll have to ring tomorrow at 8". By the way, this is the third time you e done this. And the receptionist should not be working in a public relations job, especially one that is involved with poorly and elderly as she seems too have no respect and certainly no empathy. "Rude rude rude". | ||||||

Attended for review with the new nurse who was not only thorough she was kind, knowledgeable and took the time to explain my condition. I left feeling more positive and able to manage my illness. I feel confident about caring for myself. Thank you it is nice to have someone who both inspires and does not judge on high blood sugars., I’ve taken the time to look on Diabetes uk as suggested and I will work on better control. There is no box for repeat prescription request outside. So can't request a repeat prescription on weekends when the surgery is closed. | ||||||
