i phoned asking for help/advice regarding my elderly mother, the receptionist was polite/helpful and told me that the dr would phone me, the doctor phoned me back within the hour was helpful/respectful and listened to my concerns then offered advice, and on a more recent occasion following a call to reception the dr came out to visit my mother, so just want to say thank you to the team | ||||||
