I would like to put on record my thanks and appreciate for the long service of Dr. Mannion who has recently retired March 2022 . An outstanding doctor, highly knowledgeable and always showed personal care and attention with a warm and friendly manner . A great loss to the surgery . I am personally sad because I thought so much of him . The best GP I have ever been under I attended very appointment confident that I would receive the best possible treatment . Truly outstanding I am presently going through some concerning health problems and appreciate the help and support the surgery continue to offer me . Thank you to the reception staff who have always been friendly and helpful to me . I have found them to be excellent throughout . I am particularly appreciative of the level of care and attention provided by Dr . Mir . I believe he will prove to be an outstanding appointment to the surgery and will more than compliment the existing team . I have only know him for a few months but already he has won my trust with his conscientious and caring manner . It has a relief and reassuring to know I have a doctor who genuinely cares and will endeavour to help ,support and offer me his best knowledge and attention . In recent months I have needed support and help with concerning health problems . During this difficult time I found the receptionists excellent .They have always listened ,been extremely helpful and friendly in trying to assist me . I have been particularly pleased by the level of personal, dedicated care and attention that Dr Mir has continued to provide . A very conscientious doctor, who I believe will prove to be an outstanding appointment for the surgery and will more than complement the existing team . I have only know Dr Mir for a few months but already he has won my trust with his thorough and caring manner . He has been especially helpful and supportive in my present ongoing health issues . It has been of enormous relief and reassurance to have a doctor who genuinely cares and provides his best attention and knowledge at all times . Dr . Mir has played a significant part in progressing my on going recovery. |

Overall have to say doctors are very good. Its the receptionist nit all but have to say most of them totally rude unhelpful think they run the surgery full stop what they say goes im sure the GP's are not aware, they make you feel very low when yiu do get through as the answer message says we no you are waiting ..... im sure they dont answer so people hang up i was waiting for some 22 minutes Too.much power they are admin there to help not be a hindrance Hope the GP's read reviews and im sure the practice manager does sweet nothing Dont rock the boat comes to.mind |

Receptionist absolutely terrible (we all know who she is) and make me feel GUILTY FOR BEING ILL!!! Continually shouts and repeats herself at you, clearly anything that may put her out is a huge problem! Never get appointment, just told ring next day or goto walk in day care centre. had call 111 many times to get through to the GP and even they agree how bad it is here after even telling this receptionist I have to talk to a GP, its terrible service here because of her. Once get through to GP its ok but this one RECEPTIONIST is so rude, nasty and makes my condition much worse after every call. Other receptionists seem be fine but this one i cant believe is still there! |
