I have every respect for this practice, the staff and doctors are hardworking and personally all my experiences with them ,have been positive. in todays environment with shortage of funding and increasing numbers of patients, they do their best and thats certainly good enough for me. Many thanks to the doctor who rang me on the Thursday before Christmas to discuss my medication after I had complications with it with my hospital consultant. The doctor promised to ring me again on Christmas eve, which he did, and this enabled me
to have a stress free Christmas.
I also received a telephone call from the receptionist after Christmas to say that he was still pursuing the matter.
At one of the most busiest times of the year his help and dedication was most appreciated,

In 2018 my mother, who was 91 years of age, had been suffering from Alzheimer's and other conditions for 10 years. In January/February she had numerous visits to A & E at the Royal Stoke following a series collapses and a lack of energy. She suffered a broken hip while in respite and was eventually transferred to a nursing home for palliative care.
The Matron from Dr. Harbidge & Partners practice provided a great support to my mother and her family. Mum's condition improved over the next few months as a result of Matron's and the nursing home's care. Mum even managed to play the piano again despite having such a rough year.
Unfortunately in late November Mum's condition worsened again but we were kept informed of her treatment and supported, by the Doctor and Matron from Dr. Harbidge & Partners, until she peacefully passed away on December 6th 2018.
The care and compassion shown to my Mother and her family was outstanding and I would recommend the practice to anyone. | ||||||
