This practice does not answer their phones. They do not follow up adverse test results. They do not give diagnosis or prognosis or even name your condition when they contact by text. Then it is impossible to contact the practice and the receptionists are brusque and rude should you manage to speak to anyone. |

Absolutely no care or consideration for its patients, sending 82yr old to hospital to get a blood test rather than come to his home, missing infections through no home visit, never answer the phone, Dr's who never call back, prescribing drugs with severe life threatening side effects, avoid like the plague if you can. |

Absolutely diabolical compared to how the surgery use to be.Opening hours displayed from 08.00 am but no one answers the telephones until 08.30am so why not say that.Very rude/unhelpful receptionist and very unprofessional.Very highly disappointed in a surgery I have been using for over 35 years.I would suggest the powers that be engage in rectifying this garbage service and teach the staff some manners and professionalism. |
