I have been with this practice since 1976, when they were in the old surgery in Kidsgrove. I have been very fortunate with my health upto the last 18 months when I have needed their services. I have to say I could not have received better care, from Receptionists to Nurses to GPs, they have all been very accommodating, understood my problems and forwarded me onto further care where applicable. All done with kindness and civility. I cannot thank them enough. Also my husband, who has long term illness, has also received a really good and caring service from this practice. We always try to treat the staff with respect and we, in return are always polite and helpful in return. | ||||||

Been my Doc for 24 years. Covered my wife's three pregnancies. I have a chronic back injury from parachuting in military. Type2 diebetes. Prostate cancer checks. I dont like waiting and sometimes I become frustrated and the staff are always polite and explain delays. I am 64 and have never had a better practice test me. Thank you all for your service... | ||||||
