I absolutely love this surgery, I have only been a member since December but what I can see all staff go above and beyond to keep people happy. Contacted the surgery this morning for some peace of mind and a young girl helped me to feel more at ease, she was very professional. Very happy I moved. |

Absolutely fuming, wait 35 mins to speak to the drs surgery, to be told surprise surprise that they have no appointments left. Was told the same Friday. They advised me to take my 1 year old to the hospital for an ear infection. Surely this is not the best use for NHS resources and just abusing the system?! She quickly found me an appointment for the same day once I made my feelings clear. Absolutely disgusting where you have to argue for a drs appointment!! Had I not argued then I wouldn’t have an appointment. Shall be leaving after 30years with the practice. |
