As a new patient I wasn't sure what to expect with this practice but I must say I am very impressed.
The surgery itself is warm and welcoming. It is very clean and has a pleasant open feel to it.
The receptionist is polite and courteous. She acknowledges your presence even when busy.
Today I saw the nurse. She is absolutely amazing. It's been many years since I've seen a nurse who has time to sit and answer questions, is polite and is gently persuasive without being bossy. She made me feel relaxed and welcome.

Satisfactory visit, good discussion on test results , medication changes and general advice for the future. Always friendly, open and upfront. | ||||||
