Absolutely appalling practice that is just getting worse, will be changing doctors at my earliest convenience made several complaints that are never acted on. | ||||||

My family and I have been patients at Heathview Medical practice (formally Parson Street Surgery) Wilnecote for many years. Like all practices everywhere, the reception staff always get bad reviews, and often verbal abuse which I think is disgusting. Things like they “you never answer phones”, “can’t ever get appointments” etc. Of course being told “sorry there’s no appointments left today” is very annoying, but is that the reception desk staff’s fault? No of course not. Over a year ago they had a red headed young lady join the team, she is so polite and helpful, always has a smile on her face, she just seems to genuinely love her job, she cares about the patients and will do anything for us if she can, not like some of the other staff, who really are job worthy’s, unhelpful and often rude. I think it’s time they retired, stopped talking about the soaps and leaving everything to the new young lady who never gets a minute’s break. Keep up the good work young lady, when I know your name I’ll ask for you personally as you seem the only one who knows what you’re doing. | ||||||

Just got to leave some feedback ....not something I usually do. But I wanted to say that every time I have needed to speak to the girls on reception I could not have had better service!! Absolutely lovely, kind and patient lady really helped me today ....and believe me I was having a meltdown after finding out my son's prescription for antibiotics could not be filled as to a national shortage....no chemist had any at all!!! To cut my story short I will just say ....with her help, a solution was found! I could not be more grateful. Thank you. | ||||||
