Give an account of the experience caused cancelation of important colonoscopy as receptionst refused to give appiontment to deal with my high blood pressure even thou was told hospital had told me to make sure docs saw me about blood pressure before procedure thus resulting in blood pressure dangerously high and procedure canceled and still no doc appiontment given just told by practice manager pre booked appiontments are avaiable but i wouldnt be able to have one for 3 weeks plsDO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR | ||||||

You don't see a doctor you see a nurse practitioner they tell you there's nothing wrong with you that's why i don't bother tacking the medication ?? | ||||||

Very concerned to see the poor reviews - they absolutely don't reflect my experience at all! My doctor has always been very prompt, considerate and efficient in dealing with my medical needs. I have never waited more than 20 minutes when I'm in the surgery, but one must understand that the waiting times are endemic of an under-resourced NHS. That isn't the surgery's fault! I have found their telephone consultation to be particularly helpful, especially when I don't need to come into the surgery to see the doctor. He informs and empowers me to make decisions regarding my medical care whilst ensuring I am getting the right treatment. The surgery itself isn't dirty as suggested in another review. Excellent practice. Well recommended. | ||||||
