The Surgery Foden Street

Despite using the preferred on-line prescription ordering service. I order my repeat meds through Well Pharmacy on the 11th of this month, it's now the 20th and Well Pharmacy state my order is awaiting GP 'sign off' that's over 8 days ago. I have visited my GP to ask for an emergency prescription and they refused to issue one, telling me to come back in two weeks leaving me without taking any Hypertension medication for 4 weeks. It's only for Blood Pressure medication used to prevent ANOTHER STROKE, my fist was caused by high blood pressure which the GP failed to treat. I am not happy, out of medication, getting headaches again. I will be changing doctors as this practice don't care about patients health & well being.

Went for my flu jab got there 5 minutes early my time was for 5 past the hour and the people who came in after me were half past the hour. Yet they were seen before me. So I waited until quarter past and left. The reception staff are rude and descriminate. If you are given a time then they should try to keep to it. And if you have a problem with your leg the doctor does not even look at your leg just tells you to put cream on. What kind of doctor does not even look at what is wrong. And the receptionists talk about you between themselves. Not going back if it can be helped not a nice experience at all 0 out of 10. Avoid if possible

I suffer with Asthma and C.O.P.D and have been using Ventolin inhalers all of my life and I was getting 3 pumps a month and now I'm down to one and it's ridiculous so now I'm suffering thanks to you. I've decided that I've had enough and I'm moving out of the area I've never been treated this bad in my entire life.Doctors don't listen they just crack on and do what they want and to take my lifeline away from me is ridiculous. So thank you for making my health worse and if anything happens to me relating to my lung issues I shall be suing you.
