absolutely useless and unhelpful and inattentive. This morning called in at 8am nobody picks up the phone walked in no one at the reception standing there 15mins seems like none of the staff even care. I’ve been really poorly for past few days and calling them or walk in in the morning to book an appointment to see the doctor but every time calling in the answer I get sorry fully booked. I don’t even know why these guys are even open with this quality of service they do not even care about peoples lives. If somebody need to see their gp I believe it won’t hurt them to book an emergency appointment when the patience it’s not in a good condition. It can simply get sort it by seeing a gp and no need to go to a&e. Last time about 3 months ago when i have been there for my wife appointment the receptionist turn her face around and walked away and started to on her mobile phone and laughing loudly instead of paying attention to me which been waiting there to get served!!! That’s what I mean by saying absolutely disgusting attitude and rude staff | ||||||

Doctors are brilliant. Nurse Brilliant. 1 person let's hole please Down. The receptionist lies over phone takes phone of hook. Doesn't answer phone to have a chat. Really rude!!! Today I'm putting 2nd complaint about her. 3 neighbours I know have put in complaints. And my ex!!!! So 6 complaints and she still there. | ||||||

Hi In the last few years, the service is going down hill fast. The main drs them selfes are good overall. Sadly trainee drs are a hit and miss. But the real horrors of this place are the receptionists. Ive personally let them off more then a few times with out putting in official complaints. That was my mistake. From knowing it all to rude attitudes especially to vulnerable people. They way they talked down to another human being, and no professionalism whats so ever. A couple of them were ok if there still there or you catch them. But the rest need some CBT. The one rule for one and another rule for another attitude mainly. It seems to stem from the practice manager down. Time to clip them wings. Next time official complaints will be going in everytime misconduct is noted | ||||||
