I believe that this practice must be the best in Stoke on Trent. Our family has always been able to see either the doctor or the nurse practitioner. The staff are very friendly and help as much as possible. We have been with this practice since 1981 and would hate to move to another. Well done. | ||||||

After trying all morning to get through finally in a que 25 mins being cut off,then telling me to ring following morning to make appointment why it’s a joke Moorcroft need to do something it’s shocking | ||||||

I have lived in stoke on Trent now for 3 years (2 of which were covid restrictions) i have always had issues getting appointments even without the covid issues, receptionists tell you go through the patches system at 8am and then you are held to be eventually be blocked as no appointments left - You then call the receptionists to be told again no appointments and to try again at 8am - this is a ridiculous system that is clearly not working. I do not book appointments on a regular basis and usually they are follow up appointments at the request of the GP but there is no way of getting appointments here. i have never known a surgery like it | ||||||
