I've been with this surgery 34 years II's when it was on the Romford Road I am now stuck with doctors who do not care about patients always fogging me off. Can't wait to find another surgery. When I asked for medication that helps me the Dr tells me he can only prescribe it for people dying. I have been prescribed it before or and I wasn't buying and I know a few people that's got the same problem as me me they get it without any problem mi me I've got to pay £156 a month if I want it for a month. I thought doctors were supposed to be supporting people with mental health problems not stressing them out more. I am underweight for my age and my size I was taking Complan which was first described by the doctor then without checking me send the receptionist to tell me I will no longer be getting it it as I was going through the door I've been buying it it but every time I go in the chemist they say you can get this on prescription I say to them I know but my doctor will not prescribe it because I'm not dying | ||||||

Is hard with appoiments if you call later the 8-9am and if you need a specialist consult the appoiments to him could be after several weeks | ||||||

The surgery is supposed to be open until 18:00 on Thursday. I rang at 15:25 and got a message saying the surgery was closed. It's difficult enough getting to talk to someone when they are open but this is beyond a joke. | ||||||
