Awful service today! Brought my two children down for an appointment and end up sitting for 2hours in the surgery because they are running 30mins late then provide a prescription that is not stocked in chemists anymore so then have to wait another hour for a replacement prescription!!! No one apoligised and no one tryed to speak to the doctor before the next person went it meaning an hour's wait to fix their error!!! Is this really fair on two young kids??? Seriously needs some new management and a needs an overhall in their service!!! | ||||||

So lucky to have this surgery in Bucknall, the Staff are great, polite and efficient, the Nutse is very good and always pleasant. The doctor is very thorough and gives his patient’s his attention at all times. In difficult times this Surgery gives it’s all. Very Pleased with their service. | ||||||
