I phoned for an appointment first time in about 6 years and was refused to get one by the secretary which is disappointing due to the fact this person is not a health professional nor should she place a barrier for me to contact a health expert. I followed the NHS guidelines and it clearly told me to contact a GP which I did, I will be looking at taking matters further in a couple of days and will be making a formal complaint against the secretary and the health centre. Definitely will never try to book a appointment ever again with this amateur place gone downhill. | ||||||

I have seen two GP’s at the a practice and several of the nurses. They have always been excellent. The practice is managed very well and seems to run very smoothly. All staff are approachable and friendly | ||||||

The Surgery have got another fab, down to earth, thorough Nurse Practitioner. Its easier to see these sometimes than the GP but they are as good as a GP and don't make you feel rushed in the appointment. Great service as always and thank you to Sheryl for your kindness and understanding. | ||||||
