Rude receptionist computer says no attitude !!if you get this receptionist prepare for a battle , rude , no compassion , makes phoning doctors a stressful experience which I will put off unless absolutely necessary . |

No follow up from previous ecg even tho it says on patient notes on app . Receptionists rude and contradict what doctors tell you , they act like they have medical knowledge , absolutely no need for their attitude . Makes phoning them a stressful experience. But maybe that’s what they want … Doctors and nurses all good and friendly, shame about reception , I’m told balance street are nothing like this .. |

I’ve been to this surgery numerous times recently and have seen nurses, GPS and HCAs. All have been patient, understanding and have given me excellent care.
Whilst most reception staff are also pleasant and understanding there is on member in particular who can come across as insensitive, condescending and rude. I’ve spoken to her about an appointment, obviously and clearly very upset, and was made to feel like I was wasting surgery time - even though I was asked to come back for an appointment by the HCA and GP. |
