My son had seen Dr yesterday, my little boy crying when the doctor examined him, however the doctor shows extremely impatient attitude and terrible manner said he never seen a kids like that, also kept questioning why he cry for? He has no any empathy at all, I replied he’s just a kid, it’s normal that a 3-year-old boy is scared and cry to see doctor!
It was not the first time the doctor said these words. I’d like to give 0 star to the doctor if I could. Considering to change a surgery. | ||||||

I have been a patient here for about 5 years .
Very impressed with the ease of being able to see the GP . Always been able to see the doctor when I need to .
All staff are friendly & helpful .
No complaints / very good practice .

Both reception staff and Dr are extremely rude! Dr has literally no Empathy for his patients, will definitely be switching GPS after my last visit. I went to see the doctor a couple of weeks ago where I expressed my feelings of anxiousness and feeling down since the birth of my child. He told me I was fine and I quote “you won’t die”. I left feeling very upset and embarrassed as he belittled me that much infront of two medical students, I ended up leaving my appointment in tears. Disgusting service. | ||||||
