Cant you get something done about the phone system I'm on pay as you go cost me four pound seventy to book my asthma review a few weeks ago it cost 18pounds to sort my prescription out any where else you you get a ringing tone or a busy tone you aren't put on hold for twenty minutes. Over the months I have spoken to seven different people before I got to see a doctor at one stage I was asked to cough in the phone | ||||||

Would like to know why it has taken nearlyfour months for my husband to get any feedback regarding his high blood pressure readings He was contacted to make an appointment for bloods and ECG and as he cannot make next week cannot make an appointment till next week as apparently you can’t make an appointment for February till a fortnight before Surely having high blood pressure needs to be a higher priority than this | ||||||
