Today i called them very late but was received by a lovely receptionist thats calm me down and with in 30 mins a on call doctor called me which was equally calming and dealt with my problem thank you both xx |

Having been unwell whilst on holiday I rang the surgery as soon as I got home. The call back service is an excellent addition! When I explained everything to the receptionist I was given a telephone appointment for the next morning and, after speaking to the doctor, went to the surgery to be examined. Very happy with the way I was treated/ looked after. |

This surgery is a complete waste time trying to get an oppointment have tried 4 days trying to get a sick note or get phone call back when I did get through reception told me GP would call back they did call back bout hour half later but it was reception again saying GP couldn't talk to you today total joke also phoned up over 800 time to be told by reception don't believe that we havnt been that busy well I can show them my call log on phone if they want how are you supposed to get in disgraceful |
