Absolutely terrible place….my son ill for over a year …can’t get appointments finally he got in…reaction …one look at him and he was dashed to hospital and found to be swollen with ascities and chronic cirrohsis…in hospital for 8 days….now can’t get his repeat prescriptions which consultants prescribe and have written to this surgery twice… at our wits end his life depends on this medication …complete lack of care or compassion … | ||||||

What can I say , this surgery really is appalling. I have a 5 year old son that has been registered with crofr medical centre since birth, he has chronic asthma and repetitive chest infections which have led him to be extremely ill and hospitalised around 30 times in his short life. Despite 10-s of letters from consultants from Warwick and Birmingham children's hospital the surgery can still not give medicine, not even a basic inhaler . I have to ring consultants and enter a hospital environment to get vital medications for my son! (I THOUGHT THIS WAS DANGEROUS DURING A PANDEMIC ???)Whenever I ring due to my sons chest NOTHING is done and I get told by a receptionist my son has covid , I can understand the precaution but if this was the case he has has covid 20 times in a few months please us common sense that he has a preexisting condition . Again I am forced to ring BCH for help .I have also got permanent damage to my feet due to being ignored fobbed off and spoke to in the rudest manner imaginable by your staff it took 4 e consult appointment to actually have someone see my feet I have since has several steroid injections and will need surgery as the problem was existing for 2 years and I was just prescribed 100 codeine tablets and not seen by any GP at thir surgery . I have also been diagnosed with PCOS now 3 weeks ago and no advice or medication prescribed I am looking after 2 disabled children and left in crippling pain low mood and absolutely ZERO help from this sur gery . You should all be ashamed of your conduct and I would advise a new reception team before you get left with zero patients or worse still patients that may die because they are too scared to call because of your rude and aggressive reception team at ABSOLUTE SUB STANDARD CARE its not acceptable!!! I will be moving surgery which is something I didn't wish to do because of my sons condition but I am putting mine and his health at risk staying with this surgery fix up . | ||||||

So 9 months ago I put a review on their website about the amount of time it takes to get through to receptionist and then to be told no appointments. Well that still has not changed,however I must point out that Dr Dhesi is one of the most caring considerate doctors I’ve ever knew,just really hard to ever see her ,but if you do you know your get looked after and wow she is so good with my husband and his health so thankyou to her | ||||||
