This is the worst surgery I've ever been to. The reception treat patients like lying crimials and are very unhelpful. If by a miracle you can get an appointment the doctors are fine. Any reviews for this surgery showing 5 star really must have been left by the staff, I know many people from Nuneaton who have used this surgery and are in agreement that it couldn't be much worse |

This is our family doctors surgery been with them for a long time. I just want to say they give a outstanding service I have had a few health problems, one of the young lady’s went out of her way sorting out my prescription I am so grateful I have recently had surgery and a doctor turned up as was concerned about me, no job is a big effort for the team. I just hate it when people always putting NHS down thank you to you all at the practice you help a lot of people and we are very grateful

Have been a patient at this practice for over 50 years. Their system works very well, from reception to practice nurses,GP doctors the care and consideration is first class. Latest visit was for a minor ear problem, appointment next day following phone call. Nurse was great and sorted it out perfectly. Yes sometimes appointments requests can be difficult, but, I have always been able to get in using the same day appointment service. So no problem. Parking is good, usually. When you consider the pressures and restrictions that these services are under now days I believe they do exceptionally well, there will always be the chance of a problem but for me they have been few and far between. Could not be looked after better . |
