I have been with theis GP practice for nearly 30 years and had always received excellent service. Recent improvements include the facility to book appointments on line and arrange self referral for physiotherapy treatment without needing to see a doctor first. The range of facilities offered are good and you can normally obtain an appointment fairly quickly if you do not want to see a particular doctor and if you need to be seen very quickly they will always try to fit you in. The front of house staff are friendly and helpful as are the nurnes and other staff. The doctors are also very easy to talk to and never make you feel that you are wasting their time with what might apper to be trivial matters. They give you enough time to deal with your problem and are happy to refer you on to preferred centres for secondary care. You do not normally have to wait too long, once in the waiting room, to be seen by the doctor. The surgery facilities and good and specific parking spaces have recently been allocated in teh adjacent public car park.. | ||||||
