I have been a patient at this surgery for 30+ years.
The service is always excellent.
Good improvements have been made since the current Dr took over the practice from his excellent predecessor.
He has embraced the technology for the 21st century and you can arrange most services on line yourself. E.g.) arrange an appointment, arrange a repeat prescription, view test results etc.
I never wait long for an appointment and the extended surgery hours several nights a week are really useful.
I cannot praise this surgery and indeed the NHS services provided locally in our area highly enough. | ||||||

been at the Crabbs cross medical centre since November 2018 in that short time I have not had a problem getting an appointment at any time,my doctor has dealt with me with great care and understanding,and all the staff are very polite and efficient,very pleased to be at this surgery. | ||||||

I am in my early 70s and fit. The Docter makes sure I stay that way and constantly monitors my overall health particularly looking for age related issues.
I feel very involved in all the decisions and I am impressed with the information kept and the care that is taken to regularly review it with me.
I have been at this practice for over 30 years and would recommend it.
I use the HNS websire to book appointments and order repeat presciptions and can see my history on there.
