The doctors and nurses are great, and having an onsite dispensary is very helpful. We've been patients at this practice for years, and have always been treated with kindness, courtesy and professionalism. The only problem is trying to get an asthma repeat prescription review via the telephone. It's really hard to get through to Trinity Court because of there's always a very long queue of people on the phone. But these are extraordinary times. Covid makes life difficulty for everyone including surgery staff. | ||||||

Been trying for 3 day to get a requested drug review From the surgery for a 83yr patient at claverdon surgery . All you get now regardless of number dialled.... is use ring back, costing patents yet further charges, not understanding what’s happening in regards to requests, generally upset and distressed, as she is not technically minded, Nor wishes to be what is she suppose to do !!. | ||||||
