Receptionist shouldn't be in that line of work if she has no sympathy nor any 'customer' skills. Can be rude and abrupt just for turning up! Also, how can you be accepting new patients when for the past 2 months my partner has asked, there apparently hasn't been any registration forms! Now my partner is injured and has no GP that he can see.
Doctors can sometime lack empathy. Have had referrals cancelled for no reason and because of that, I don't know what is wrong with me/my illness. | ||||||

You should stagger your phone call intake so that appointments can be taken during the opening hours you advertise. If no calls are being taken you should inform the caller, not just let them hang on expecting to be connected. You have the worst booking system I have ever tried calling, the staff are helpful when they answer, it's not there fault. | ||||||

Caring, reliable, professional and courteous staff. The doctors are very attentive to the needs of patients and offer a good medical service. The phone line can be busy when opening in the morning. However it is possible as an alternative to book pre-bookable appointments, or book appointments in advance via the Patient Emiss online booking system which is convenient for example for people working such as myself. Patients can be seen either at the surgery in Bedworth or in Bulkington. I've also found it useful as a working person that the surgery has extended hours one day a month where one can have an evening appointment after work. I have been very pleased with the surgery in general and would recommend it to family and friends. | ||||||
