Excellent practice I've been a patient at Engleton house for many years my children too. My partner has also registered after bad experiences at a local practice urgent referrals and appointments not made. Very relieved my partner now will have excellent care | ||||||

I was seen by the doctor on the day I called for appointment. After a thorough examination and in depth discussion he explained his thoughts and what he suggested should be the course of action. I was referred to a specialist at UHCW and the appointment was 7 days later. Again I was treated with the upmost care and respect and tests were recommended. These were carried out within 4 days and I had the results straight away. I had a further appointment today to discuss medication/future plans and again the consultation was 1st class. Ican only express my thanks to the practice, on every contact I have had with the staff, they can only be described as caring and fully professional. | ||||||

I seen a GP for my original problem and such a compassionate and caring lady, a asset to the surgery, i have been a patient since birth and have seen it when the old surgery was around and Engleton House Surgery has grown and strived through the years and only got better and better, i would never change surgeries as it is excellent to none. More recently i have seen two other doctors and both excellent GP never had a problem with getting a appt; or been heard by the reception staff as they are very caring and empathic when talking. Keep up the brilliant work !!! | ||||||
