A truly terrible attitude. Letters were sent to the family to say we need to find another GP within 28 days: we were 3 minutes away from the surgery, now 5 minutes away. Considering one member of the family is in the middle of treatment, not acceptable. When we complained about another issue, we were told to find a surgery that is closer to our new home and accused of editing phone records. | ||||||

Can't get through on phones Can't book online appointments Staff rude Used to be best surgery in CV6 area. Now in 2021 it's an absolute waste of time | ||||||
