Terrible. Staff are rude and unwilling to help. Doctors don’t seem to care for their patients as as soon as you go into see them you are leaving with just a prescription for pills and not a diagnosis or any attempt to find any problems. For over a year now I’ve been waiting for a referral to a specialist of which I won’t be mentioning, all I get when I ask for a catch up about is that they will send another email. I’m currently seeking legal advice and one soliciting firm told me I have a very strong case against the centre. If my need are not met by the end of the month I will continue with the solicitor and sue for compensation for negligence. |
