Rung yesterday at 4.30 about a rash on my child,they said ring back at at 8.30am We ring back at 8.30am being 8 in the queue there are no appointments until lunchtime when I have to pick my daughter up from nursery, do they how can you run out of 12 appointments in the space of 2 minutes? Just rubbish GP and will be moving to another | ||||||

I never can get an appointment. They book appointments on the day and suggest you to call 8.30. Line is busy all the time and 8.36 all appointments already gone and they ask you to call tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow... No appointments available in online booking system. I go for regular check up's and never see the same GP. Lots of cover staff, another GP each time I attend and I have to repeat my history from the beginning each time. Would NOT recommend this practice to anybody. Looking for another practice in the area. | ||||||

booked an appointment to see the nurse for today 25/02/22 The nurse was amazing, very professional informative and caring could not fault her, forgot her name, but she has short dark hair and defo a credit to the surgery Thank you for your advice | ||||||
