I’ll be changing my doctors as soon as possible, the level care is well below standard and I can’t even count the number of times receptionists have told me the wrong day/time for my appointment resulting in missed appointments. When I do eventually speak to someone, it isn’t a doctor even when I’ve specifically asked for one. Each time the nurse practitioner on the phone isn’t able to give me advice they are sure on with one even saying they’ll call me back when they’ve clarified with their seniors and another that barely listened and I had to keep correcting her on the information I had told her. What is the point in speak to a nurse practitioner when they are going back and forth to clear things with the doctor? Just give me an appointment with the doctor! I’ve been with this practice for years however the care has really declined over the last few years. |

I have been a patient at Oasis Surgery since Birth, I’m now 20 years young. The Surgery is most accommodating when it comes to booking an appointment, the staff are welcoming and the doctor is very efficient in running of the Surgery. I’m proud to have such a Surgery in my neighbourhood. |
