I had the misfortune to have to attend here for my Covid vaccination. No meet and greet, negligible social distancing, no one spoke to me except to bark an order, the man who did the vaccination was intimidating and unnecessarily cruel and I was ejected at top speed into the car park afterwards. Unbelievable. Very unlike the way it is portrayed on tv. I was surprised as I had previously seen a nurse here who was very nice indeed. I can only think they have untrained staff in for Covid vaccinations. | ||||||

From my initial appointment to my eventual brief admission to hospital everything was explained in detail. The nurse practitioner was very thorough in the way I was examined. She consulted with the doctor regarding her findings and I was very quickly given the paperwork for hospital. Subsequent visits to the nurse practitioner have always been very thorough and informative. Could not have asked for better care and support. | ||||||
