Made a complaint to this surgery about smear test not being done correctly and was not taken seriously. The nurse DID NOT use a speculum device which is a must when completing this procedure. Really does concern me how many women who have visited this surgery for a smear could be affected. If you are female and have had a smear test at this surgery over the years I urge you to think back to whether a speculum was used or not this could be life saving for someone. | ||||||

I had called them 220 time from 8:35 am Finlay they pickup the phone at 8:57 and they told me fully book no appointment !!!!! | ||||||
