i would just like to say how helpful my doctor was with my appointment.
she went beyond the call of duty with giving me loads of advice and information on my incoming holiday which was real beneficial to me.
i felt calmed and relaxed whilst there and she put me at ease and listened to my worries.
i cannot praise carol highly enough. | ||||||

I called the surgery for my brother this evening and was greeted with a lovely pleasant voice and the phone was promptly answered also.
Can I just say that the professionalism and friendliness that I encountered was fantastic I was surprised to hear this was your employees first day!!
What a lovely girl she was, she dealt with every query and really put my mind at rest. I know my brother is in good hands.
Please thank her for me.

This surgery is not one I would recommend to anyone, even if you live close, look elsewhere for a gp surgery. I feel like you are judged here badly. Every single doctor appointment I have had over the years, it's always a different doctor and they dont even look at you when you're speaking, they stare at the computer screen and then scurry you out before you finished with what you want to say. They are always in a hurry. I asked for a GP to call me back and the nearest phonecall to get a gp to call me back is 8 days away! How can that be real? 8 days!!! I am currently pregnant. I asked my gp to refer me to a physio and she said theres no point because by the time I see a physio my baby will have arrived. When I spoke to a locum midwife (other midwife was not in) the midwife said I need to talk to my gp again because the wait time for a physio is only 6 weeks and I need to be referred. Hence, heres me waiting another 8 days now for the gp to call me back just to ask again if they can refer me to physio. It's a very badly organised gp surgery where the gps give off the impression they just do not care. The only good thing about the surgery are the nurses who are professional and friendly. Needless to say I have now left this gp and have just joined another one with excellent reviews, something I genuinely should have done years ago. | ||||||
